Shipping

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depend on product type and destination. 

How long does it take for my order to be delivered? 

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

What tracking options are there?

All orders that are delivered within the United States by USPS have full tracking available. For international orders, full tracking will only be available for orders sent through International Priority, which costs a bit more.

Who pays the customs duties & taxes?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You are responsible for these fees.

My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?

Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system. 

Can you include custom messages for my orders?

Sorry, we are not able to do this yet.

My order never arrived?

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

Returns

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Damaged/ Defective Products

For damaged or defective items, please follow these steps: 

1. Report the problem to us within 14 days after the scheduled delivery date. 

2. We'll ask for a photo of the damaged goods, and we'll then gladly send a replacement.

What if I have ordered the wrong size?

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us within 14 days after you recieve the product via email at info.okisocial@gmail.com  or message us via Facebookand we'll let you know what your next steps are.

What if I don't like the product I receive?

If you don't like the product and would like to return it. Please contact us no later than 2 weeks after the product has been received, and we will go from there.

We will keep 20% of the money you paid as a restocking fee and return the rest to you. You will also be responsible for the shipping cost.
