As for April 24th, 2020, Japan Post - our primary international shipping service provider has temporarily suspended post service for small parcels to The United States and Canada. The cause of the suspension is the reduced number of flights between Japan and North American due to the impact of COVID19.
Our partners and warehouse in North American are also experiencing a delay in production and fulfillment due to the impact of COVID19. As a result, we are unable to fulfill orders to North America (USA and Canada).
If your shipping address is a PO box located outside of North American, you are NOT impacted. WE CAN STILL SHIP TO YOU.
