Japan has the cutest manhole covers, because, why not? Everything can be a canvas for artists. After studying the principle of manhole cover design, we create a series of manhole covers fridge magnets/bottle openers that illustrate some of the most iconic views in Okinawa.
This design captures the sakura season in Daisekirenzan Park in Kunigami Okinawa. Unlike sakura season in mainland Japan, the mountain area of Okinawa does not turn into a sea of pink. Instead, the blooming sakura "invades" the evergreen Yambaru region. You can also see the Yambaru quill observation building gazing at the Daisekirienza park. Both are important landmarks of north Okinawa, also known as Yambaru.
